Deep roots never disappoints!! I've used them several times to send arrangements for various occasions and they are always stunning! I just sent a Thanksgiving arrangement to my daughter, it was so beautiful - my daughter was thrilled! They are always friendly and helpful, excellent customer service

This arrangement is stellar in its aesthetics and artistic presentation! I can't wait to give it to my niece who just became a first time mother! I wanted to give her something that would last beyond the flowers and plants that she is surrounded with now. With her "beach theme" decor, I'm sure she will love it as much as I do! The arrangements from this floral shop are top notch!

The bouquet recipient loved the look and was very pleased according to what she said. The photo that she sent me really looks very little like the advertised bouquet on website. I realize flowers are seasonal and may not be available at all times or areas. However the bouquet was delivered in the exact same neighborhood as the florist location so I would expect it to be similar. Overall, I'm not displeasedwith the selection and I think it worked out for the recipient.

I recently ordered the Pretty in Pinks bouquet online for my Aunts 90th birthday. I live in the Midwest & I was a little nervous about ordering from somewhere you know nothing about. I didn't know what to expect & this was for such a special occasion. I just hoped for the best. Deep Roots Floral showed me that I was nervous for no reason. The flowers were beautiful, just as pictured, delivered on time & my Aunt was thrilled! I wouldn't hesitate to use Deep Roots Floral again. They were fantastic! The bouquet was beautiful. It was to a friend to celebrate her birthday and she sent me a photo. She was delighted and they looked wonderful.

The bouquet sent was very nice, but not as full or varied as pictured here and far from the stunning bouquet sent in July when I called and ordered over the phone. I would call to order in the future, vs. ordering online.

I am from ireland and my wife was working in america for our second anniversary. I decided to send her flowers and with the smallest bit of information this company went above my hopes and delivered their flowers. I doubt I will be able to use them again but if I need to I won’t hesitate.
